God’s Design for Spanking:  7 Biblical Principles

           
1.  God’s law and His love must be emphasized

2.  Verbal instruction must be more frequent than spanking

3.  Privacy must be kept when spanking

4.  The method of spanking must be discussed and agreed upon in advance

5.  Spanking must be quick and painful

6.  You must discuss any restitution after the spanking

7.  Mercy and love must follow the spanking
