Workshops
are seminars with hands-on application. Each presentation includes two kinds of applications. First, there is the personal application as the hearer works through personal inventory style questions. This is an opportunity for personal reflection and prayer. And second, there is the application for the engaged/married couple or group (depending on the topic). This is an opportunity for the couple to work through inventory style questions and assignments that explore their relationship.
Workshops provide a great ambiance for genuine communication for couples as they are now "in the mood" to talk about their relationship. With this in mind, the goal is to make clear and concrete applications that lead to tangible results in their relationships.

Workshops can be done through consulting visits and even in couples counseling. They can be scheduled in any way that is convenient for the local church or leadership training event. Among many other topics, most of the workshops focus on four basic areas: singles, marriage, parenting, and leadership development in the church.

Small Group Leaders Training: Real life ministry teaching specific areas of small group development and sanctification issues (personal growth challenges). The goal here is the equip the leader with a clear strategy for spiritual growth so that he/she can monitor and help in the personal growth of the group members.
